Resona is part of a growing set of Cinematic Impact tools designed to help people communicate more effectively using the principles of cinematic storytelling—clarity, emotion, and resonance. Thanks to modern infrastructure and free-tier technologies, this tool can be offered at no cost (at least until usage exceeds those limits). Making it freely available helps more people reflect on how they communicate, measure their impact, and grow as storytellers in their own work.
What about Privacy?
Resona is designed for maximum privacy. Your email is used only to send the feedback link and results. All identifying information is deleted automatically after about 3 hours (3 hours + the minutes to the next round hour). Team members aren’t tracked or identified in any way, not even with cookies. In fact, nothing prevents someone from submitting more than once, which is why the tool relies on trust and proper framing by the meeting organizer. After 3 hours, the only data that remains is the meeting date and the anonymized responses. This aggregated data may be used for research to better understand how meetings work and to inform the development of better communication tools in the future.
